On February 23, 1998, the High Court issued an injunction against the former handler and his suspected co-author, preventing them from continuing work on the book. On December 10, 1998, the injunction was amended to prevent the disclosure of information without the express prior written consent of the MoD. An approved version of the book, entitled Ten-Thirty-Three, was eventually published in July 1999, but as explained in the next chapter, the MoD was to seek many similar injunctions in the years to come.
